5. Orders & Contract Formation

5.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order on shedarling.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order constitutes a legally binding offer subject to our acceptance.

5.2 Order Confirmation

An automated Order Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon placing an order. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a Shipping Confirmation from us.

5.3 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
Inability to verify payment or delivery address
Violation of these Terms and Conditions

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5.4 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled by the customer before dispatch only
To cancel, email us immediately at shedarlingbeauty@gmail.com with your order number
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; the Return Policy will apply instead

6. Payment Terms

6.2 Payment Gateway

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. She Darling does not store, access, or retain your card details, CVV, or banking credentials. By proceeding with an online payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service available at razorpay.com/terms.

6.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes as determined at checkout
A COD handling fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout before order placement
Payment must be made to the delivery executive at the time of delivery in exact change
COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders from that address
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to suspension of COD facility for the customer

6.4 Payment Failures

If your payment fails during checkout, the order will not be confirmed
In case of a payment failure where the amount has been debited from your account, it will typically be reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank
She Darling is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider in reversing such amounts

6.5 Currency

All transactions on shedarling.com are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

7. Shipping & Delivery

She Darling is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods

9. Intellectual Property
